30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Hosting Only)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all hosting plans.

If you are not satisfied with your hosting service during the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees for that first billing cycle only.

Does NOT include:

  • Domain registrations
  • Add-ons
  • Dedicated IPs
  • SSL certificates
  • Setup fees
  • Labor or custom configurations
  • Marketing or consulting services

99.99% Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.99% uptime for all hosting services, measured monthly.
However, certain events do NOT count toward downtime:

Excluded from downtime calculations:

  • Scheduled maintenance (customers are notified in advance)
  • Emergency maintenance to prevent service disruption
  • Network attacks, DDoS incidents, or malicious traffic
  • Customer-caused downtime (misconfigured sites, scripts, software)
  • Third-party service failures outside our infrastructure
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, outages outside our control)

Uptime is measured using our internal monitoring systems.

Scheduled Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance to enhance security, performance, or reliability.

We will:

  • Provide advance notice via email or dashboard
  • Perform maintenance during low-traffic windows when possible
  • Keep downtime minimal

Scheduled maintenance does not count against the uptime guarantee.

Uptime Credit Policy

If uptime for a given month falls below 99.99%, excluding the items listed above, customers may request a service credit equal to:

  • One (1) full day of hosting service for each hour of unscheduled downtime
  • Up to a maximum of the customer’s monthly hosting fee

Credits are applied to future invoices only and are not refunds.

Refund Conditions (Hosting Only)

Hosting refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • The request is made after 30 days from initial purchase
  • Downtime was caused by exclusions listed above
  • Customer violated our Terms of Service
  • The account is suspended for non-payment, abuse, or policy violations
  • The hosting service was fully delivered and the issue is unrelated to hosting performance
